Our Administrators are responsible for supporting our team of Independent Financial Advisers by assisting them with the new business process.
Our Technical Assistants are fully qualified to the level of FPC3/CF5. The Technical Team carry out the research for all of the products in the market place and provide technical assistance to our advisers, including report writing and suggested short list of recommendations.
The Investment Team concentrates on the research of collectives and direct equities and provide information to the rest of the team on their recommended funds. They also put together the asset allocation for a given risk profile and manage investment portfolios on a Discretionary or Advisory basis.
WE CURRENTLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING FULL TIME VACANCIES:
FINANCE/COMMISSIONS ASSISTANT
Finance/Commissions Assistant to support the Finance team, you will perform a range of tasks providing support to the team to ensure the recording and processing of financial information is dealt with accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities will include:
- Reconciling bank receipts to commission statements received
- Chasing commission statements and commission payments
- Entering commissions receipts, commission queries
- Assisting with preparation of consultant commission statements
- Assisting with novation of agencies
- Entering data onto Sage line 50
- General administration duties
- Procurement of office supplies
- Assisting with monthly payments runs for suppliers/consultants
- Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the organisation
FINANCIAL PLANNING TECHNICIAN
Financial Planning Technician to support the Technical Team. Fully qualified and able to produce complex tax and financial reports. Must have detailed knowledge and understanding of UK tax systems, trusts, investment wrappers and investment assets allocation and market workings. Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
